1. Information we collect
We collect contract details you provide (item or service description, agreed price, deadlines), wallet addresses used for funding and receiving escrow, and basic contact information such as email address for account and dispute communication.
2. How we use it
Information is used to create and manage escrow contracts, generate and verify contract codes, communicate contract status to both parties, and review disputes when they're raised.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell user data to third parties. We do not request or store private keys or wallet seed phrases — Dronotix only ever needs a receiving wallet address, never custody of your personal wallet.
4. Data sharing in disputes
Evidence submitted during a dispute (messages, files, tracking information) is shared between the buyer, vendor, and Dronotix's review team only — never published or shared externally.
5. Data retention
Contract records, including funding and release history, are retained for as long as needed to resolve potential disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
6. Your choices
You can request a copy of the contract and account data we hold about you, or request deletion of account information not tied to an active or disputed contract, by contacting support.
